Are the fares posted on your Web site current?
They are. Updates are posted as soon as we receive them.
Will I get a better fare quote over the phone?
You will get the same fare that is posted on our Web site
even if you call us. In fact, we refer to our Web site
while giving fares quotes!
Fares for the dates I want to travel on, are not yet posted.
When will you get them?
If you do not see the fares posted for a period you want
to travel in, it is because we have not received them.
We cannot make reservations for travel dates for which
we do not have the fares. Updates are posted as soon
as we receive them.
Do you have fares for airlines other than the ones you
have posted?
All airline options we offer are posted on our Web site.
New options will be posted if they become available.
Is there a special discount if we are 2/3/4 persons/
group of 15/ student?
The fares we offer are after all discounts, irrespective of the number
of persons traveling. We do not charge you more if you are not a
student or do not have friends or family to travel with!
Will you match another agent's price.
ONLY if it is higher! :-)

RESERVATIONS 
What is the best way to make reservations, phone, fax
or the Reservation Form on your Web site?
The Reservation Form on our Web site is best as it
would give us all the info we need to process your
reservation. We use the info straight off of that,
so be sure you have it right!
Will I actually receive a response if I use the Reservation
Form to make reservations?
We will send you an acknowledgment as soon as we have
retrieved your Form.
What if I want to change the airline and/or dates after
I have sent in the Reservation Form?
We request you to review the airfares and decide on the travel dates
that would best suit you, before sending your reservation request.
After a reservation has been CONFIRMED for the airline and dates
you have requested, for changes to the reservation before ticket
is issued, a service fee of $10.00 will apply for the first change,
and $25.00 for each additional change.
Ticket is issued only after we receive payment.
What about cancellation or changes after the ticket is issued.
On ALL the discounted fares we offer, penalties apply for
cancellation or changes once reservation is ticketed. They are
different for different airlines. We will email you the restrictions
and penalties pertaining to your reservation in the email we
will send you.
I do not have any preference for any airline, can you book
on the cheapest airline you have?
We cannot process your reservation request unless YOU specify
the airline you want to fly on. We have provided the info on
fares, routing, links to the airlines schedules, terms of
payment and other relevant info. The decision has to be yours.
You have to tell us what you want.

PAYMENT 
When do I have to make the payment?
Once we have processed your reservation and we have
confirmation on all the sectors, payment is due within
3days. We will email you the itinerary and other details
for you to review. If everything looks fine and you
want to purchase the ticket, we will need to receive
the payment within the time limit, beyond which the
reservation is auto-canceled.
Can I make reservation now and hold it for a month/s and
pay somewhere down the line?
The reservation will auto-canceled beyond the 3days time limit if
the ticket is not purchased.
Do you accept credit cards?
We do, but only for the airline options mentioned on our
Terms of Payment page.
On the airlines for which you have listed check payment,
do you accept credit card for an additional charge.
No. But credit card checks are OK on ALL of the airline
options we offer (no extra charge from us).
What are credit card checks?
These are issued by credit card companies.
Please call your credit card company to see if they
offer these, how to get them and how they work. There
usually is a cash advance charge from them.
Can I make part payment by credit card and part payment
by check or another credit card?
No. We have to charge the complete amount to one card.
Can someone else pay with their credit card for my travel?
No. Passenger on reservation has to be the card holder. If the passenger
does not have a credit card, the alternative is to pay by check.
Can I make a down payment now and pay the rest later.
No. We have to pay the airline in full when the ticket is
issued. We cannot pay in installments to the airline.
If I do not send in the payment by the time limit, can you
extend the time limit.
We can request for an extension of 24 to 48hrs, but if space
is critical we may not get it.
Can you re-book the reservation if I cannot send the payment
on time?
The airlines do not permit us to churn reservations without
ticketing. So we cannot guarantee confirmed space beyond the
time limit. If the reservation is auto-canceled without
ticketing and we are rebooking, we could get only 24 to 48hrs
time limit next time around. Also, space is based on availability
at time of re-booking.

TICKET DELIVERY 
When will you send the tickets?
Tickets are sent in 7 working days time from the time we
receive the payment.
How will the ticket be delivered?
Tickets are sent by DHL at $20 shipping charge for weekday delivery.

for the performance feed back of different agencies.
If you find our fares and terms suitable, and would like us to make
your travel reservations, please send your request through the
Reservation Form on our Web site.
Send in complete info on the Reservation Forms as this cuts time
going back and forth later.
DONT's 
Do not duplicate reservations with different agencies (do your shopping
BEFORE you make reservations), this could jeopardize any confirmations
you may have. If you are waitlisting with different agencies, the reservations
would come to a stand still as the airline staff would look at the duplicates
and not know which one to confirm (if at all any confirmation is coming thru)
and give the space to another who has only one reservation.
If you are trying with different agents, try different airlines.
